Houghton-le-Spring tiler named as leading professional

Adrian Marshall, of A & R Ceramics, has won the ‘Tiler of the Month’ award from www.tilerworld.com, the leading free web site for tilers and their customers. The Houghton-le-Spring tiler was selected for the quality of his tiling and high standards of customer service, shown by reviews posted on www.tilerworld.com alongside positive customer ratings.
Customers agree with the accolade. Rita S., in Sunderland, said: “Adrian is a friendly person and a total perfectionist. He delivered a stunning, excellent quality job to the agreed price.” Paul W., in Newcastle, said: “Adrian is hard-working and reliable and has tiled my two showrooms, both 150 m2, to a very professional standard.” Nicola B., in Gosforth, said: “I have had non-stop fabulous remarks about the tiling in my bathroom. Adrian is fantastic, friendly and efficient.”

Adrian was modest about the award, preferring to talk about TilerWorld itself. He said: “It is a fantastic place to find out about all the latest news, such as new products and best practices among other fixers. It is great to be able to share your experiences with fellow fixers online.”

Every customer using a rated tiler from www.tilerworld.com can submit their own rating, with the incentive of a free prize draw. Each month, one wins the value of their tiling up to a maximum of £1,000. The rating system is a key reason for www.tilerworld.com‘s continuing growth. It lets a consumer list professional tilers in their area and compare rating from previous customers. They can request quotes for their tiling project from up to five tilers. More than 5,000 fixers appear on the site, with more joining every day. As well as being able to show customer ratings, each is also able to upload photographs of their work. The site is free to use for both tilers and their customers.
