Quality Policy Statement

"The development, manufacture and supply of high quality, high performance products and services are the primary objectives of Building Adhesives. In this respect the quality of our products and services are considered satisfactory only when they are produced from approved materials, conform to the required formulations, are produced in accordance with the approved manufacturing process and they are both appropriate and fit for the purpose intended.

In pursuit of these objectives the Company is committed to maintaining up to date and appropriate documented procedures covering all relevant business, manufacturing and development processes in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001:2000. The Company is also committed to setting and regularly reviewing quality targets and objectives.

The quality policy of Building Adhesives is not only to achieve the stated quality objectives, but also to maintain and continuously improve its performance. To this end the Company is committed to achieving the participation of all employees in the development and implementation of its quality systems and procedures and to increase their contribution through communication, training and personal development.
